The app is all about exploiting the calm mind of an individual when it I least expecting something frightening to happen. To start off this app, it simply show you the front view camera of your iOS device. It shows you just like a mirror would do, while you put on makeup or work on your mustache or even work on your blackheads. All of a sudden when you are least expecting it, a frightening image passes the camera along with a horrifying sound that scares the living daylights out of you.
The app has two working modes; the first one is the mirror mode which acts as a simple and harmless mirror. It’s pretty handy when you need to adjust your makeup or see how you look; and the other one is the scary joke mode which is designed to scare the living day lights out of your friend. If you turn this mode on discreetly, the app is consumed by its alter ego. It shows a scary image together with a sound that can make the hair on your body stand on their end. Perfect for playing a prank on your friends. You can show them the normal mirror and turn on the scary mode before handing it to them.
The app comes with two scary images and sound when you buy it. If you want the full repertoire of scary goods, you are free to download additional images and sounds through in-app purchase.
There is however one caveat to using this app and playing a prank. Not everyone comes with a factory fitted strong heart. There are plenty of chicken hearts around that can fail when faced with a horrifying sight and sound. So take appropriate care as to who you play the prank on.
