i1Honey Heroes

I’ve always liked a game that is both fun and useful, teaching its players something as well as entertaining them. It’s been a while since a game has captivated me enough to even warrant a mention here, but it’s finally happened Honey Heroes is a recent release from Game Gurus – and despite being only a couple of weeks old, this game has taken over my phone… and more of my free time than I’m willing to admit.

The way you play the game is pretty straightforward: Honey Heroes is a puzzle game in which each hexagon is a flower that needs to be pollinated by a bee. You do this by swiping each tile, and your goal at the end of the day is to have as many pollinated flowers as possible. To help you out, you have three bees (Tasha, Bess and Tilly) that you can control to get to help you help the flowers spread their seeds.

The game is free in the App Store, and it’s the type of game that you can thoroughly enjoy for hours on end without having to pay a ton of money – in fact, I haven’t paid a single cent for all the time I spent in the game! Even though Honey Heroes is quite complex, it shouldn’t take you more than a couple of playthroughs to get used to all the options.

So if you’re on the lookout for a new puzzler give Honey Heroes a shot – with awesome graphics and a cool gameplay style it’s guaranteed to put a smile on your face!
